FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your vaccination requirements?

For the safety of all our guests, we require: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Canine influenza is recommended but not required. All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian at least 48 hours before check-in.

How far in advance should I book boarding?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for holidays and weekends. During peak seasons (summer, holidays), we often book up 4-6 weeks in advance.

Do you offer tours of your facility?

Yes! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour. Please call or use our contact form to schedule a tour Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 4 PM.

What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?

Bring your dog's food (pre-portioned), any medications, and a favorite toy or blanket. We provide raised bedding, bowls, and all enrichment activities. Please label all items with your dog's name.
